1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when an account or workspace is created, including your name, email address, workspace details, Google Ads customer IDs, and account credentials. We also collect activity records such as campaign changes, notification read status, and support requests.
When you use the mobile app, we may collect a device push-notification token and basic device or platform information needed to deliver notifications. We do not collect the contents of your personal files or contacts.
2. Google Ads data and access
If you connect Google Ads, we access account and campaign information needed to display performance, budgets, campaigns, ad groups, locations, search terms, and related status data. We use OAuth authorization and store access credentials securely. We use Google Ads data only to provide and improve the requested campaign-management features, and we do not sell Google Ads data.
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account or by asking an administrator to remove the connection.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate client workspaces, show authorized Google Ads data, apply campaign or ad-group changes, send requested notifications, run account synchronization and low-fund checks, maintain activity history, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.
4. Notifications and communications
With your organization’s authorization, we use your registered device token to send operational notifications such as funds-added updates, low-fund alerts, and administrator messages. You can control notification permissions in your device settings. Notification history may remain visible in the app after delivery.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or deliver the service, and with Google APIs when you authorize the Google Ads connection. Providers may process information only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account, workspace, activity, and notification information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet business or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. An authorized administrator can request workspace or connection deletion. You may also contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including authenticated access, scoped workspace permissions, encrypted Google Ads credentials, and protected server-side storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
8. Cookies and local storage
The web application uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and protect requests. The Flutter app stores an authentication token locally on your device so it can restore your session. These technologies are necessary for core service functionality.
9. Children’s privacy
HyFe AdPilot is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, legal requirements, or our data practices change. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
