1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using HyFe AdPilot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password and access credentials confidential, and ensuring that people using your account have appropriate authorization. You must notify your organization administrator or HyFe Technologies if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Service use
HyFe AdPilot provides tools for viewing authorized Google Ads data, managing campaign and ad-group status, reviewing performance information, and coordinating workspace activity. Features may vary by account role, connected Google Ads account, configuration, or service availability.
4. Google Ads connections
When you connect a Google Ads account, you authorize the service to access the data and perform the actions permitted by the granted authorization. You must have the rights needed to connect and manage that account. Google Ads remains a separate service governed by Google's terms and policies, and changes or outages in Google Ads may affect the service.
5. Campaign controls and responsibility
Campaign, ad-group, budget, search-term, and visibility actions may change advertising behavior or spending. You are responsible for reviewing actions before and after they are applied, maintaining accurate campaign information, and ensuring that your instructions comply with applicable laws, advertising policies, and your organization's approvals.
We do not guarantee that a campaign action will be applied immediately or produce a particular advertising result. Google Ads may reject, delay, or reverse an action.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, access another workspace without authorization, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law, Google policies, or the rights of another person.
7. Fees and third-party services
Any service fees, advertising charges, taxes, or third-party costs are governed by the applicable order, organization agreement, or third-party provider terms. HyFe AdPilot does not replace your responsibility to pay Google Ads or other provider charges that arise from your accounts.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may perform maintenance or limit access when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when practical.
9. Intellectual property
HyFe Technologies and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and content provided by us. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your authorized business operations.
10. Privacy and data
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for ensuring that information you provide to the service may be lawfully processed and that your use of connected account data is authorized.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or suitable for every business purpose. Advertising performance, account balances, and third-party availability are outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HyFe Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service, connected Google Ads accounts, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We or your organization administrator may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, access is no longer authorized, or suspension is needed to protect the service, users, or third parties. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions as the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of HyFe AdPilot after an update means you accept the revised terms.
